Because this is a digital product, all sales are final.
Once your payment has been processed and access to the digital files has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
This policy is in place because digital products cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed.
Exceptions
A refund may only be considered if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
- You did not receive your digital product due to a verified technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws.
